I have been working on Intel 8086,8051 and currently started working on MSP430 and TIVA C. I have been using CCS for both of team using Embedded C to program them. I was wondering if there is a possibility of using Assembly Level Programming for these boards so that I can configure even few minutes details to avoid jitter.
Yes it is possible. In fact you can have the TI ARM C compiler produce an intermediate assembly file. However, do not expect to get support for debugging your assembly language routines. The high efficiency of C compiler optimizers and the preferred use of proven library functions makes the effort required to develop in assembly very inefficient.

Where to set the option to keep the .asm file generated by the C compiler in Code Composer Studio. Right click on the project and select "Show Build Settings" then navigate to the page shown below:
In general I do not advocate programming in assembly language (however, that is how I started at TI 38 years ago). I do recommend that you gain an understanding of the assembly language. It is often useful when debugging to single step through the disassembly window. That way I often see how the compiler did what I told it to instead of what I wanted it to do.
