I had a problem when writing to flash memory. I use Code Composer Studio and the log of program is it:

IcePick_C: Error connecting to the target: (Error -241 @ 0x0) A router subpath could not be accessed. A security error has probably occurred. Make sure your device is unlocked. (Emulation package 8.0.903.4)

What should I do?

Have you tried to do a mass erase of the flash? You can use SmartRF Flash Programmer 2 tool to do a mass erase of CC2640R2.

Yes, but it did not work. The log to Flash Programmer 2 is it:

>Failed to read target memory.
>Error while reading memory range. Address 0x40091090.
>Start flash erase ...
>Erase finished successfully.
>Reset target ...
>Reset of target successfull.

I wanted to know about the adress 0x40091090. What would it be?

In the mean time, can you answer some questions:
1. The HW is a CC2640R2 Launchpad?
2. Did this start to happen after loading some SW to the device or have you never gotten the HW to work?
3. If the answer "after loading SW" above is yes, have you done any writes to the CCFG on this device?

1. Yes, the HW is a Launchpad Development Kit, model LAUNCHXL-CC2640R2.
2. Yes, did this start to happen after loading some SW to the device. I wrote several SWs before this happened.

Just to make sure, you did a "Forced Mass Erase" by pressing the wrench up in the right corner of SmartRF Flash Programmer 2 right?

Is the CC2640R2 recognized by SmartRF Flash Programmer 2 (look under XSS110, on left hand side)?

If so, can you read the Info Page?

I loaded a program that accesses the memory address to start another program.

Do you have more details? It sounds like you have by accident have changed the setting of CHIP_ERASE_DIS_N in the CCFG and hence locked yourself out of the chip. Please refer to chapter 9 in www.ti.com/.../swcu117h.pdf for more details.
