USB Debugger/ Programmer for TMS320C31

I am trying to find a USB debugger/programmer that will work with the TMS320C31 chip. Previous we used Signum JDSNet (and similar setups), however these are all obsolete and no longer supported. Do you have any contacts or solutions for this issue.
