Verify that you have a proper reset vector at location 0.

Thank you for replay，i checked .icf file and find this :_ICFEDIT_region_ROM_tart=0x00000000, _ICFEDIT_intvec_start_=0x00000000, this means i have located verctor at address 0x00000000。

What tools are you using? Can you read the flash memory starting at location 0 and verify?
