Crystal from 5MHz to 25Mhz. Maximum system clock 120MHz, CAN bit rate up to 1M bit/second.

I have query about internal clock and cycle time of the system. How to decide/know internal clock time? Is it depends on crystal frequency(5 to 25 MHz) or operating frequency(120 MHz). And is internal clock means cycle time?

I am not sure I understand your question. Perhaps if you explain why you are asking. What do you mean by "cycle time"? There is "clock cycle time" which is the period of the microcontroller system clock. That clock speed starts at 16MHz from an internal oscillator. Then the device firmware decides what clock source to use, the internal oscillator, the external main oscillator, one of those two multiplied in frequency by the PLL (phase locked loop) or one of two slow, low power clocks.
If the purpose of the question is to benchmark the performance of the TM4C1294NCPDT, then compare the DMIPs (Dhrystone million instructions per second). For the TM4C129 operating at a system clock of 120MHz, the value is 150 DMIPS.
