TMS570LC4357: EMIF interface: where to find information about EMIF_nDQM[2] and EMIF_nDQM[3] pin functions?

Dear TI support,

I am wondering why in the datasheet SPNS195C of the TMS570LC4357 the EMIF_nDQM[2] and EMIF_nDQM[3] is not described: I could also not find any more information about these pins. The EMIF_nDQM[1:0] is clearly described. Could you tell me where to get the information?

Hello Vincent,

DQM[2] is for Data[23:16], and DQM[3] is for Data[31:24]. The EMIF on this device only support 16x SDRAM, so the DQM[3:2] are not used.
