TMS570LC4357: PBIST RAM L2RAMW

Part Number: TMS570LC4357

Hello,

In TMS Datasheet (PBIST RAM Grouping) , the memory L2RAMW is present in RAMGROUP29 and in RAMGROUP30.

Is it the same memory or not? What is the difference between the 2 groups?

Best regards,

François

  • Hello François,

SRAM consists of 32 banks and each bank is 16KB. Both group 29 and group 30 are for SRAM, but for different areas of the SRAM. The group29 is used for first 8 banks (128KB), and group 30 is for the remaining banks.
