The VIM RAM is initialised with parity and both the ISR and the parity parts are set up ok.
When FBPARERR is given an ISR address and a parity error created in VIM RAM parity 0xFFF82400 , the ISR is continually re-entered despite it rewriting VIM RAM with parity enabled and clearing the PARFLG.
On re-entry the PARFLG is clear.
Parity is enabled throughout. The esm High Level Interrupt is not entered.
