looking for what is the date code marking for this part

we are looking to identify and record traceable info.

    Hello,

    There should be a Lot Trace Code (in addition to the device name, which should be = "LVDM050") on the package. The format for the LTC should be a 7-character "YMLLLLS", where:
    - "Y" = Last digit of the calendar year
    - “M” = Assembly lot start month. January thru September shall be represented by numbers 1 thru 9, and October thru December shall be represented by the letters A, B, & C.
    - "LLLL" = Unique alpha-numeric Lot Code.
    - “S”= Site code.
