Is there any High power TI microcontroller boards which can source/sink 25mA per GPIO pin and the gpio pins can operate at 5V logic?

Not that I am aware of. The TM4C123GH6PM device is 5V tolerant in that it handles 5V as a logic high input, but it only outputs 3.3V. It also cannot (within specification) drive and sink 25mA. You may need to look at an external driver chip.

HI Raghual,

Perhaps you can give some details of why need for +5v/25mA IO may lead to a better solution. You can gang multiple GPIO ports overdrive 18mA via TM4C1294 but digital PNP/NPN is a better solution to add to a GPIO port.

Perhaps Bob may offer some tips to help you with such a conversion provided a quick drawing of your circuit.

Actually some of the shift register, EEPROM ICs that I am using need the clock and data signal in 5V logic. That's why I was checking for any 5V logic output microcontrollers.

I'll check for any drives or change my ICs.

Hello,

Are you aware 6KB EEROM exist inside TM4C1294 MCU, can be password protected too.

Are you using an I2C interface with the EEPROM IC's? As long as you don't use high speed mode, the SDA and SCL operate as open drain and are compatible with 5V pull-ups.
