TMS570LC4357: Halcogen documentation unreadable on a 4K display due to font size

Is there a way to get the fonts on HalCoGen to scale? In addition the block diagrams are overlapped and misaligned. Seems like a scaling issue, wondering if there is a setting to fix that.

Hi Ralph,

HALCoGen does not have any settings option to change the font size. The only way to fix the scaling issue is to reduce the screen resolution.

Reducing the screen resolution does not fix it, it just makes it smaller. Changing the scaling to 100% as suggested in the other thread does not fix it either, as the other poster noted. This seems to be an unresolved bug in HALCoGen

Hi Ralph,

After changing the display setting, you might need to restart your pc for the changes to take effect. Could you try that?

I did reset the computer after changing the display setting, windows prompted me to do that, but it did not fix the issue.

That does seem to be the same unresolved issue. It is a bit disappointing TI has not fixed this in more than two years. Is there any way to let the dev team know that customers consider this a big issue?
