Hello,

Can you confirm me that PBIST L2RAW (RAMGROUP29 and 30) cover the 18-bit address line and 64-bit data bus?

I have the same question for PBIST RAM of MIBSPI (RAM GROUP 10,11,12,22,23) and the VIM RAM (RAMGROUP 14)?

    Hello Francois,

    The functionality of PBIST is similar to using an embedded CPU to test the memories in that you have the flexibility to add, subtract, etc algorithms. It covers the whole memory groups which are selected. It test the data rather than the address.
