TMS570LS3137: Safety Documentation and Service Experience

Hi,

We plan on using the TMS570LS3137 in the design of a new product for aeronautics applications and would need the information listed for certification purposes:

- Do you have any data of service experience available in avionics, automotive or other industrial fields?

- We would need the Safety Analysis Reports SPNU521 and SPNU523, as well as the summary of compliance to ISO 26262

Are you looking for the service hours data for the TMS570LS3137 or the TMS570LS3137-EP part number? The information would be different depending on the part that you are using.

The safety analysis reports and the ISO 26262 conformance certificate are available here (requires valid safeTI NDA):
