Compiler/TM4C129ENCPDT: FreeRTOS 10.1.1

Is ther a way to get an updated version of the FreeRtos example project. Since the project in the actual TivaWare-C bundle uses Freertos v7.0.2 (release Dec 2011). I got FreeRtos v8.2.3 working but the newer versions not. The official 10.1.1. release ships a demo for an M4F LaunchPad within the CCS IDE, but porting it to the TM4C129ENCPDT gives me an compiler error "INTERNAL ERROR!:||$C$L100|| defined differently in each pass".

    Hello Lukas,

    Although we are working towards making updates to TivaWare, it will not include an update to FreeRTOS and we don't have any current plans to make such an update. With the rise of TI-RTOS, there was no priority to maintain FreeRTOS, and up to this point in time we have not received sufficient feedback to invest resources in such an update.

    This is the first I've heard of a serious issue with the newer versions. I'm glad you raised this to our attention, and it's something we can keep an eye on moving forward if this becomes a more widespread issue.
