SM470R1B1MKHPS Memory is locked, unable to program

Hello,

We have a number of assemblies with PN: SM470R1B1MKHPS installed and we are trying to erase the flash and program using a Lauterbach Debugger. The programmer is reporting that the memory is locked and is asking for the security key. The processors are new. We are able to program some parts that have a different date code. How can we unlock the parts so that the memory can be erased and programmed?
