Please use HALCoGen to congifure the device.
In HALCoGen, enable DMM driver from Driver Enable Tab. Then from PINMUX Tab check DMM check box. After setting PINMUX got to DMM -> DMM Port Tab and change pin mode from Functional to GIO. Generate files now. In reg_dmm.h you will find definitions you are looking for.
I assume you are using ZWT package. DMM is not implemented in PGE package.
