CCS/TM4C1294NCPDT: Error after some operation; cannot flash device;

Part Number: TM4C1294NCPDT
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: UNIFLASH

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hello everyone,

We have problem regarding flashing MCU TM4C1294ncpdt that we use on our custom made electronics. I use xds100v2 to flash device via 10 pin JTAG. I successfully flash board couple of times, since software is still testing on this electronics prototype. And when flashed software is working, but after a while MCU refuses to connect to the debug probe, and it messes up everything, software stops working properly. That repeated number of times in couple of different boards with couple of different MCU chips. Now it is a bit problem, where to start searching reason. Is there any possibility that flashed software can cause something like this?

This is the error message:

Error connecting to the target: (Error -1063 @ 0x0) Device ID is not recognized or is not supported by driver. Confirm device and debug probe configuration is correct, or update device driver.

Or

Unable to access the DAP. Reset the device, and retry the operation. If error persists, confirm configuration, power-cycle the board, and/or try more reliable JTAG settings (e.g. lower TCLK).
