We would like to use the Advanced JTAG Security Module (AJSM) module (TI Doc. SPNS162C) to lock the OTP at the factory level.

I browsed the forum and see there is something in HalCoGen that cover this aspect of the locking/unlocking mechanism. But how about using an third party IDE like the IAR EWARM v8.30 and Segger JLink Plus JTAG too?

    Hi Chuck,

    There is more information related to the AJSM on the safeTI forum: e2eprivate.ti.com/.../default.aspx

    This includes an application report (SPNA232) that describes the methods you can use to lock and unlock a part using the AJSM. The unlock procedure is described using CCS. You can contact IAR to see if they support an equivalent method to be able to scan the unlock sequence through the "unlock-by-scan" register of the AJSM.
