EK-TM4C1294XL: Cannot add device to the TI Exosite Portal

Hi, I want to add my Tiva C Series TM4C1294 to my TI Exosite Portal. When i click continue, nothing happens. I bought the device from someone else. When i was looking for solutions i found out this statement from https://support.exosite.com/hc/en-us/articles/201880150?input_string=adding+device Adding a device still owned (claimed) by someone else - Contact that person if you got it from someone else." I can't contact to the previous owner of this device. I can send commands through command prompt. What can i do? Thanks

    Unfortunately the easiest way around the issue is what is stated, that you need to get the previous owner to relinquish the MAC Address on their account. The only other alternative for you is to get a new MAC address and then program that into the TM4C such as by using LMFlash Programmer, and then you can add the device with the new MAC address to Exosite.
