Hello, I am looking for information on storage of ADC128S102WGRQV for 20 or 30 years and how the device may perform.

Accelerated life test data would be useful for this.

    Hi Michael,

    Interesting query you have on the ADC128S102 here. Can you elaborate on the storage aspect of the 20-30 years? There is quite a bit that goes into the storage aspect actually - how and where (the actual environment) the parts are stored, what sort of moisture they are exposed to - again an environmental issue. Are they in the original factory sealed bags, etc.?

    From the Accelerated Life Test point of view, that's somewhat of a different angle. Accelerated life tests assume the device is installed in a typical application being powered up and actually doing something (i.e. 'in service' and not just sitting on a shelf in storage somewhere). In that case, we test parts at elevated temperatures and try to evaluate the anticipated life span while 'in service' in the end application.

    If you can give us more detail on what you really need here, that would be very helpful!
