Hello, 

I'm not able to interface SIM900 Gsm module with the tiva C series TM4C123GXL launchpad.

Can I get help with the code and connections Also do I need MAX232 for interfacing.

How can I use HDC1010 for real time humidity detection.Also is it possible to connect this module independently,since I'm want to sense the humidity of the soil.But there is just one USB port available in the module which makes connection with a TM4C123GH6PM difficult.

    It depends on the SIM900 module. If the TX and RX pins of the SIM900 are RS232 levels (plus and minus voltages), then yes you need an RS232 transceiver. The uart TX and RX pins of the TM4C are 3.3V logic levels.

    The HDC1010 uses an I2C interface. That interface is not designed for long cables. If you run slow enough and use twisted wire cables and proper terminations you might be able to run 2 meters. I don't understand the comment about USB because I don't see a USB interface on the HDC1010 device.
