Hello,
You are right, I'll report on this.
For the step 2:
- Go to Driver Enable Tab. Uncheck Mark/Unmark all drivers and check Enable MIBSPI1 driver.
For the step 3:
- Go to MIBSPI1 Global. Check Master Mode and Internal Clock.
- Go to VIM Channel 0-31 tab and enable MIBSPI1 High interrupt - Channel 12.

The other setting are shown in pictures.
