TMS570LS1227: EMAC communication between TMS570LS1227 and LAN9252 ESC

The LAN9252 has an internal MAC. I will use TMS570 as an etherCAT Master and LAN9252 as aESC.

I would like to know "How to send Ethernet frames from the MCU ?"

Do you have any example application notes regarding this and how to test it?

I just found an example on Microchip website. This example uses M4F as Ethercat master, and TX/RX packet to/from LAN9252 using SPI. You can use this one as a reference.

Thanks for providing the link.

I have gone through the document. They are using "TwinCAT 3.1" driver in windows as an EtherCAT Master as shown in the appendix A in the document. They are just using SPI communication between the MCU and ESC.

Could you please let me know :-

How can I configure TMS570LS1227 as an etherCAT master using the EMAC module "without using PC" and communicate with the LAN9252 ?
