Development environment: TM4C1294NCPDT+non-OS+LWIP

I have a question about ETH#2 of spmz850g.pdf ERRATA.(Please refer to the image below)
Can someone provide code to resolve this issue?
Because I found some solutions provided by others, but they all seem to be based on the TI-RTOS version.
