CCS/TM4C123GH6PM: Serial Terminal provides variation in the output but not able to get that in graph

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

I'm using kY-039 heart beat sensor with TM4C123GXL TIVA launchpad. When I observed on serial Terminal then I get the variations (i.e. in 150 samples generally output varies nearby 30b) but I think I'm unable to plot it on graph.

So please provide me the correct way to plot this graph

Note :- 1) I'm using CCS v8.3.0

2) analog sensor is connected to PE2 , +3.3V

& and terminals of launchpad.

Hello Tejas,

So to clarify, you are looking for help with getting the CCS Terminal within CCS to plot the UART outputs on a graph?

Or were you wanting that to be done as a Windows program?

If you are looking for it to be done by a Windows program, that really isn't a TI related question and not something we can help with... you may want to look into if there is a UART plugin for MATLAB in that case to receive your UART data and then plot in MATLAB.

I'm presently sending the same variable on the terminal through. UART and observing it on the graph using debug mode . I want the output graph using CCS v8.3.0

Hi,

If I understood this correctly, you want to plot values of a variable on a graph inside CCS, right? If so, please read our Graph Tools page at:
