Please take a look at this thread (regarding F021 Flash API Library):

The source code for Runtime Support Librariey functions comes with compiler ( it should be in c:\ti\ccsv8\tools\compiler\ti-cgt-arm_18.1.1.LTS\lib\src\ ).
