EK-TM4C1294XL: Unable to connect to exosite or use led command

When trying to connect to the exosite. I get the attached error. I am also unable to control the led, but can use the getmac command. Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

I have asked our Ethernet expert to help you on Monday. I assume you have the code from the project C:\ti\TivaWare_C_Series-2.1.4.178\examples\boards\ek-tm4c1294xl\qs_iot still programmed into your EK-TM4C1294XL launchpad.

Thank you. I have not loaded any new software onto the board.

Hi Rohil,

That is an old example program. Maybe Exosite made some changes for it not to work. Alternatively ask at Exosite Forum for help..

Ok. Do you which program I should load to work with the current exosite infrastructure? Also would this old example also cause the led command to not function?

Hi Rohil,

The problem is communicating with Exosite. As you can see you get a socket error, meaning either your CIK is wrong or the data your sending to Exosite is not valid. That is if your Ethernet Connection is okay. You can alternatively at Exosite Forum for help.

See if my Exosite Project below might be of help to you. It uses WiFi connection instead of Ethernet. The code uses old Tivaware version, so if you make it work with current Tivaware you will have to resolve the compile errors.
