I submitted this request to the support center 3 weeks ago. The case number is REQ0014256. They have not been very helpful. For instance, they told me that this information is in the datasheets (...it isn't). Finally, they told me that I was asking about too many parts and that I should ask in the E2E community. I can try again, but I don't have a lot of confidence that they'll provide me with any useful information.

Sorry to hear that you have not got a clear response from that channel - I will flag this. You are right that this information is not in the datasheet, afaik CTE information is not straightforward and we usually do not have this in the datasheet for our processors.

Let me see what I can find , but the web request is the right channel for this information *if* it is available.
