We don't really have support for Bluetooth devices on TM4C, you should look into the SimpleLink offerings from TI for Bluetooth to find more suitable MCU's. The MSP432E4 may be a good fit for you. www.ti.com/.../overview.html

Overall, TM4C is geared towards applications leveraging Ethernet, USB, CAN, etc. and not as much WiFi (though we have a few WiFi examples) or Bluetooth. TI's better Wireless Connectivity products are in the SimpleLink portfolio.
