sir i want to use fdc 1004 for fuel level measurement and thickness of fuel tank is 10mm and also i want to use it in dynamic conditions will it be possible or not

I'm not sure what you mean by dynamic conditions, but the FDC1004 is a good device for fluid level measurement as long as the fluid is non-conductive. Here are some resources to help you get started:

dynamic conditions means car have to go through different kind of hurdles , sudden brakes or acceleration so will it affect measurement or not
and also what is affect of fuel tank thickness on fuel level measurement

Dynamic conditions probably will impact the measurement. Possibly this can be mitigated by design of the sensor.

Is the sensor on the outside of the fuel tank? If so, a thicker fuel tank will reduce the sensitivity of the sensor. The fuel tank would also need to be made from a non-conductive material if using remote sensing.
