Hello,

I do not use Hibernate operation on our TM4C1294 board.

Regarding TM4C1294KCPDT datasheet, WAKE signal is connected to GND when the Hibernate operation is not used.

But the WAKE pin is connected to VDD(3.3V) on our board by mistake.

Could you please tell me about the impact of WAKE pin to 3.3V connection?
Is the device damaged by this connection?

Is VBAT also connected to VDD? If so, then it should not be an issue?

Hello Bob-san, thank you for your reply.

VBAT signal is directly connected to VDD(3.3V) without Capacitor.

When both WAKE and VBAT are all connected to VDD(3.3V), Is our device safe?

Hello Bob-san,

thank you for your response.

I understood that that my WAKE connection was no problem.
As I have a chance to make the fix board, I will change the connection to WAKE <- GND according to the datasheet's description.
