Hi Tuckmun,
The first row is the rev6 silicon and the second row is the rev7 silicon. Please refer to the errata document that lists the differences between the two revisions. I recommend that you choose the rev7 silicon over the rev6 silicon if you don't have specific reason to stay with the rev6 silicon. I will suggest you contact your local TI sales office if you must order the rev6 silicon. As in my earlier reply, this part is active.
