TM4C1299NCZAD: USB loopback data lose

Dear Champs,

Customer used our example code (tirtos_tivac_2_16_00_08_examples\TI\DK_TM4C129X\usbserialdevice) on DK-TM4C129X to test USB1.1 loopback function, the PC tool is BurnInTest. But, it is shown the data lose issue.

Hello Janet,

As this issue has been isolated to occur with the TI-RTOS example (usbserialdevice) and not the TivaWare example (usb_dev_serial), I need to pull in help from the RTOS team as well. I am working this right now, but there may be a small delay here as we sort out the best team members to help me with addressing this issue.

Hello Janet,

Just to update the E2E post since we have been communicating offline as well:

We have re-created the issue with the BurnInTest tool as well as with a Python script that gives us much more control and a better understanding of the failure. Based on what we are observing, it looks to be a software issue, and we are still trying to track down the root cause to fix it.
