CCS/TMS570LS0432: Hex file generated by CCS doesn't work with Uniflash tool

I flashed a program into TMS570ls0432 board through CCS and also generated the hex file from it and it works fine.

but when I try to flash same hex file (which was generated by CCS) through Uniflash Tool, then the application doesn't works and when I try to read memory then most of location gets blank.

Please clarify then technicalities behind this, what shall I do?
