What is the difference between SRAM_ECC_2BIT_FAULT_INJECT and SRAM_ECC_ERROR_FORCING_2BIT tests?
The SRAM_ECC_2BIT_FAULT_INJECT never sets a pass/fail status. How do I determine pass/fail for this test?
Do I need SRAM_ECC_2BIT_FAULT_INJECT if I'm already running SRAM_ECC_ERROR_FORCING_2BIT?
