Abdul,

CoreSight components are mapped to the CPU's memory space. These components are described in ARM's documentation: http://infocenter.arm.com/help/topic/com.arm.doc.ddi0314h/DDI0314H_coresight_components_trm.pdf

This manual describes a lock access register, which can be used to block write accesses to the component registers.
