We are using the TMS570LC4357 and we need more information about the Self-test Controller ?
In our application, we use during our initialization, first the PBIST
then the STC Test which perform a CPU Reset.
Could tell us if after the CPU Reset performed after the STC Test run completion, the results of PBIST are still valid and not removed.
