Hi,

Please help/advise me how to set memory map to use boot loader.

I would like to use boot loader in my CCS-project, but my project get started "_c_int00".

Could you please tell me about setting neccesary file name and point, or reference thread.

Hello Sho,

Please download the example code for UART bootloader.

e2e.ti.com/.../2605850 bootloader, LC43#2605850

Bootloader is a piece of code placed at the beginning of the flash (normal at 0x00), and is used to update the application image located at different location. The bootloader is a standalone project which contains the its own entry point _C_int00. About how the bootloader works, and how to test this UART bootloader, please refer to the user guide:

Thank you for your responce, I'm sorry for the late reply.

I understand your advise, and I would like to know how to change entry point function.

In your advise, The entry point have been _C_int00 function only.

Can I change entry point function?

For the reason, I would like to start my coding function .

Do you have good method?

Hello Sho,

Yes, you can use change the entry point in sys_intvecs.asm

b _c_int00 --> b your_entry_point_function

I don't suggest you use another function name as the entry point. You can modify _C_int00() and add your code to _C_int00().
