TM4C129ENCPDT: Is it IEEE 1532 compatible?

Hi,

I want to make a flash programmer for TM4C129ENCPDT. I checked the JTAG portion of the datasheet to see the programming standard it follows. I could find that it is compatible with IEEE 1149.1 for boundary scan and test port access. However, there is no mention of the programming standard IEEE 1532. Can someone tell me which programming standard the MCU follows.
