TM4C1290NCZAD: Tiva design guideline vs NFBGA design guideline

Dear team,

my customer has some issues with our design guidelines.

There are two guidelines and you can find them here:

Our customer followed the official Tiva design guideline.

Which recommendation should they follow or are both valid?
