I have ordered 2 TMDS570LS12HDK boards and received them 5 minutes before i write this mail. I have one of the board has got the Ethernet port damaged. This is the second time i am facing the damaged board reception. Last time it was the mini USB that was damaged. It took 2 week to get the replacement board from TI for this damaged board. Could you please kindly help me to resolve this issue asap?
I also created the case with customer support and this case id is CS0048354.
