Hi team,
My customer and i cannot get PCB package and schematic symbol with the Ultra Librarain software (downloaded from our Web). It did not report any error information during software installation and operation. While the final result is we only get two empty library file, no any component in it. What is wrong? The OS my PC is WIN 10 (64bit), CAD is AD6. The component is TMS570LS3137 (BGA package).
