What's the sample rate of ADC,Two 12-Bit Multibuffered ADC Modules,

ADC1: 24 Channels
ADC2: 16 Channels Shared With ADC1

Could you please clarify what you mean by the channel number of PWM?

The N2HET module can be used to generate a PWM, and the N2HET can be used to trigger an ADC conversion. Details on the N2HET module can be found in section 7.4 of the datasheet and chapter 20 of the Technical Reference Manual.

Also, HALCoGen supports PWM generation using the N2HET module (see screenshot below):
