I'd like to know Safety Diagnostic function on my HALCoGen-generated code(Ver.04.07.01, TMS570LC4357ZWT project).

Does these code contain Safety Diagnostic function?

Otherwise, Should I need to use SafeTI Diagnostics Library?

Hi Sho,

The safety diagnostic library is not generated by HALCoGen. You need download and install it separately. Please refer to the example project located in Built folder of library installation directory.

C:\ti\Hercules\SafeTI Diagnostic Library\2.4.0\build\TMS570LC4357_NoOS

The TMS570LS3137 project have safety diagnostic function, but the TMS570LC4357 project do not have safety diagnostic function, right?

Hello Sho,

Both of them are supported by the library.

Please import the example project at C:\ti\Hercules\SafeTI Diagnostic Library\2.4.0\build\TMS570LC4357_NoOS

In this project, sys_startup.c and main() call many APIs of the library to do the self tests
