TMDSEMU110-U: How to control XDS110 GPIO pins?

Part Number: TMDSEMU110-U

Hi,

the XDS110 website and manual mention that it has 4 GPIO pins available.

How can I control the state of these GPIO pins from the PC?

Is a command line tool (like xds110reset.exe) available?

I couldn't see any obvious settings in the CCS target configuration that would allow setting GPIOs. maybe someone could point me in the right direction.

Best regards

Sebastian

  • Sebastian,

The GPIO is only accessible via the dbgjtag utility. At a certain point there were plans to have additional control via the GUI but that didn't yet materialize.

Please check section 3.2 of the XDS110 User's Guide (SPRUI94).

    Hope this helps,

    Rafael
