    Hello,

    The purpose of this voltage monitor (VMON) is to eliminate the requirement for a specific sequence when powering up the core and I/O voltage supplies. The VMON only monitor VCC and VCCIO. It doesn't monitor VCCAD and VCCP.

    When the voltage monitor detects a low voltage on the I/O supply, or detects an out-of-range voltage on the core supply, it asserts a power-on reset. The voltage monitor is not an alternative for an external voltage supervisor.The external voltage supervisor circuit is recommended to guarantee that the device is held in reset when the voltage supplies are out of range. This feature is not programmable, and the external power supply is also not controllable by the SW.

    TPS75381 is a good part for TMS570 device.
