RM48L952: no device packages of RM48L952 for Eclipse CDT

Dear Sir

I used RM48L952

used HalCoGen+FreeRTOS+GCC+RM48L950 to gen the source code

then used Eclipse CDT( Eclipse IDE for C/C++ Developers Version: 2019-03 (4.11.0) )

now , it is no RM48L952(or RM48L950) device packages for Eclipse CDT to download on internet

can you help me?

Hi Ken,

I am not familiar with the CDT and am not sure about which processors it supports, or what is required to get it to support Hercules processors.

You can use the TI IDE Code Composer Studio (http://www.ti.com/tool/CCSTUDIO). This is based on the Eclipse platform and is free to use with TI processors. Code Composer Studio combines the advantages of the Eclipse software framework with advanced embedded debug capabilities from TI resulting in a compelling feature-rich development environment for embedded developers.

now , l wanted on HalCoGen+FreeRTOS+GCC+RM48L950 + Eclipse CDT(IDE)

Hi Ken,

We do not have any information on what is required for Eclipse CDT to support Hercules MCUs. I would recommend using one of the supported IDEs for Hercules MCUs. A list of the IDEs that include support for Hercules MCUs is available here: http://www.ti.com/microcontrollers/hercules-safety-mcus/design-development.html

Look for the section titled "Integrated Development Environments (IDE)".
