Hope this is the right forum for this. I have a project where I need to convert an incoming composite video (CVBS) signal to DVI. All I know is the resolution I'm getting is 400x400. Is there an easy solution for this?
One of the requirements is DVI and not HDMI. The client would like to avoid the HDMI licensing if possible.
