CCS/TM4C129ENCPDT: Creating a Timer/Number picker ?

Part Number: TM4C129ENCPDT
Other Parts Discussed in Thread: EK-TM4C129EXL

Tool/software: Code Composer Studio

Hello!

I am a student and currently experimenting with this IC.

I am attempting to re-create a microwave/AirFryer by creating a Timer and Temperature selection app and a start button to initiate the timer countdown.

My trouble currently is with the creation of the Timer and a Numberpicker.

I have tried the methods that were taught to me in school, but to no avail as what I have been taught was more of a Clock rather than a Timer, Numberpicker was not taught to me as well.

It would be great if someone could give me some advice on how to progress! Tried reading the datasheet, but I could not understand. Thanks!

  • The description of your project is too general for me to offer specific solutions. What hardware are you using to develop this with? The EK-TM4C129EXL launchpad? If so, do you plan on using any booster packs? How do you plan to input the digit and display the countdown time? Do you plan to use the serial port and the PC or plan to interface to an external keypad and display?

  • I have not heard back from you so I assume you have resolved your issue. If not, just respond to this thread or ask a related question.
