TMS570LC4357: CTE values for BGA package

I am looking for the CTE values of the TMS570LC4357AZZWTQQ1,

I have seen this post : https://e2e.ti.com/support/microcontrollers/hercules/f/312/t/789558?tisearch=e2e-quicksearch&keymatch=cte

The thread ended with a TI employee sending values by emails, but not making them public. I am looking for the same information, can anybody helps?

The ideal indofrmation would be a simplified diagram of the stack of material with each CTE or an approximation of it as we are running a stress analysis of balls solder joint.

    Let me check on this again.
    I would still recommend submitting the request through the support website listed in the E2E thread you pointed to.

    The information shared is not public documentation as far as i understand.
